Responsibilities :
 Working closely with a cross-functional team to assess product requirements, the designer will create UI models, user task and interaction flows, screen designs, user-interface interaction details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various online payment products
  The designer will organize these design details into a complete user interface design specification that will be used as a blueprint for development
  This person will work closely with user research team members to better understand the user, test the usability of features and conceptual designs
 Should have practical experience employing user centered design methods
  The designer should be self-motivated and be able to make logical decisions to ensure the overall success of the project by creating designs that seamlessly address customer and business concerns and objectives
  Keep abreast of current design tools, techniques and methodologies

Qualifications(Required) :
  At least 1- 3 years of solid industry experience designing GUI’s for websites and web applications.

Job Title/Designation: Sr HCI Designer

  Advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or other related discipline
* Must possess a solid working experience with appropriate design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, In design etc.
 Should have experience with international and localization design considerations
  Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams a must
 Portfolio required

Qualifications(Preferred) :
  Advanced degrees from premier institutions like IIT and NID
  Experience designing payment solutions for consumers and businesses
  Working knowledge of visual design and typography principles
 Ability to create personas, profiles, and usage scenarios based
  Ability to rapidly prototype designs in hand-coded HTML

San Jose positions:

Sr QA Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for outstanding software QA engineers to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities:
 Design and develop test plans, test strategy using the detailed business requirements document provided by the Product Management team (including performance and regression testing where required).
 Work closely with team and project leads to ensure that all testing activities occur in a timely fashion and to the level of quality demanded by the clients and business requirements.
 Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design.
 Ensure that the acceptable range for test results and performance is well understood, documented, and achieved.
 Involved in Black Box testing, leading the QA team by attending meetings, creating tracking schedules, reporting status, and resolving issues.
 Manage and contribute to test development including specs, automation, and test coverage tools.
 Design and implement QA parameters and metrics to monitor, analyze, and improve product quality.
 Work with Senior Management to determine roadmap for fixes and releases.
 Provide test frameworks for unit testing to engineers.
 Participate in Partner meetings and help them during Integrated testing/ Acceptance testing.
 Provide immediate help to Partners currently in the Acceptance testing mode.
 Tracking Production reported issues and drive them into resolution.
 Write QA specifications and customer-facing QA documents.
 Responsible for compliance with standards and tools for unit, component, and systems integration level test results, defect management, and test status reporting.

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Math/ closely related field/ or foreign academic equivalent. The position also requires 2 years experience testing web based applications; experience planning, automating and performing software quality tests; and experience performing queries in Oracle databases & knowledge of SQL language.

Lead software Engineer:

Job Description:
We are looking for outstanding software engineers to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment. The job will involve working with US and India team members to work on next releases of our applications and to maintain existing releases. This is a hands on position that will need involvement in all phases of application life cycle.

Responsibilities:
  Design and develop scalable, multi-tier, distributed J2EE applications.
  Collaborate with local and remote product and engineering teams to define, design and implement new releases of Cashedge applications as well as maintain existing releases.
  Be responsible for the detailed design and implementation of application modules.
  Must be a strong hand at developing as well as capable of creating and understanding modular designs.
  Work with distributed engineering and product teams.
  Lead projects from start to successful completion
  Must have a good communication skills.

Qualifications:
  BS in CS or related field.
  8+ years experience in object oriented requirements analysis, design, development and integration of scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable applications.
  1+ years XML and related technologies experience.
  2+ years Oracle or other relational database experience.
  3+ years of Java, EJB, JDBC experience
  Proven ability to lead and deliver projects on schedule.
  Weblogic experience preferred.
  MS CS desirable.
